How it works: You pay $10,000 upfront, then $5,000/month for 4 months ($30k total). At closing, we calculate 10% of cash at close and subtract the $30k you’ve already paid.

Example: Your agency sells for $2M with $1M cash at close. – Success fee: $100,000 (10% of $1M) – Less retainer paid: -$30,000 – Due at closing: $70,000 – Your total investment: $100,000
