OneMagnify Acquires Optimal to Enhance Performance Marketing Capabilities

OneMagnify, a leader in AI-enabled marketing solutions, has announced its acquisition of the Performance Marketing business of Optimal, a digital marketing partner known for its expertise in performance media and audience data solutions. The announcement was made on February 25, 2026, although the terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Optimal has built a strong reputation over nearly twenty years as a leader in performance marketing, particularly within technology and SaaS, automotive and transportation, real estate, construction and home services, and eCommerce and consumer brands. The company is recognised for delivering measurable results across various digital channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, programmatic, and marketplace advertising.
This strategic acquisition is aimed at integrating Optimal’s performance media expertise with OneMagnify’s AI-powered platform and analytics capabilities. This move is part of OneMagnify’s strategy to strengthen its comprehensive paid media offerings, which also includes programmatic, CTV, paid search, paid social, and marketplace advertising. The acquisition comes on the heels of OneMagnify’s recent purchase of Emodo, further solidifying the company’s position in the marketplace.
