Omnicom Merges 180 and adam&eveDDB New York into New Agency Lola USA

Omnicom has announced the merger of two agencies, 180 and adam&eveDDB New York, into a newly formed agency called Lola USA, marking the entry of the well-known Lola brand into the United States market for the first time.

This strategic move is part of Omnicom's effort to streamline its agency network following its recent acquisition of IPG. The holding company had previously retired several heritage agency brands, including DDB, FCB, and MullenLowe, last fall.

Lola USA will operate from New York and Los Angeles and will be led by Agathe Guerrier, who takes on the role of CEO, and JD Jurentkuff, who will serve as chief creative officer. Both Guerrier and Jurentkuff have previously held leadership positions within Omnicom's agency structure.

The new agency will feature a combination of talent from 180 and adam&eveDDB. Key leadership positions include Elliott Bastien, who will serve as head of strategy; Laura Cona, appointed as chief growth officer; Devon Hay as managing director; Caroline Jackson as chief client officer; and Margaret Coleman as head of account management.

This merger signals Omnicom's commitment to consolidating its operations and enhancing the effectiveness of its agencies, as it continues to adapt to the rapidly changing marketing landscape.
