Levy Strengthens Sports Marketing with Acquisition of iLUKA Collective

Levy, the sports, entertainment, and events division of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has acquired sports marketing agency the iLUKA Collective. The acquisition, announced on 26 February 2026, is aimed at enhancing Levy’s capabilities in providing comprehensive event services that connect events and venues.

The strategic rationale behind this acquisition is to allow Levy to expand further into event marketing, sales, sports travel, and operations, as well as enhance interactions with brand partners and sponsors. iLUKA is known for its services in brand experience, hospitality, and bespoke digital platforms for major global events. The agency operates with teams that integrate as extensions of their clients’ organisations.

Charlie Buck, Chief Commercial Officer at Levy, remarked, “This acquisition is a vital addition to Levy’s growing portfolio. We now offer a comprehensive wraparound proposition, with iLUKA broadening our expertise into the world of brand activation and major international events.”

Felicity Shankar, Chief Executive of the iLUKA Collective, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, highlighting the long-standing experience of her and co-founder Jon Hilman in curating unique experiences for clients and guests that drive business results. She added, “We are tremendously excited to join Levy, giving our global event clients access to unparalleled resources to meet the demands of the scale and scope of the upcoming global event calendar, whilst also deploying our specialist teams into new sporting arenas as part of the Levy sport and entertainment offering.”

Details regarding the financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. This acquisition follows the recent appointment of Richard Thompson as Levy chair at the end of 2025, marking a significant move in expanding Levy’s service offerings in the sports and event sectors.
