Hovercraft Ventures, a global experience and innovation venture platform, has announced its acquisition of Visual Endeavors, an esteemed design and creative solutions agency recognised for its innovative projects in the entertainment sector. The announcement was made on February 4, 2026, with the acquisition positioning Hovercraft as a more significant player in the experiential ecosystem.

Visual Endeavors, based in Santa Cruz, California, has gained notoriety for its work on major productions including the Backstreet Boys and Zac Brown Band residencies at The Sphere, as well as tours for notable artists like Green Day, Deftones, and Morgan Wallen. Led by founder and executive director Aron Altmark, the agency specialises in seamlessly blending technologies with artistic vision, providing immersive experiences across various industries such as live entertainment, corporate activations, and immersive art installations.
